Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
• Active search of candidates for the designated jobs . Managing the recruitment process in accordance with the applicable procedures . Ongoing support and administration of the database in the process of recruitment and management of applications, candidates . Database candidate search and pre-screening/ selection of incoming CVs . Job briefing with managers . Interviewing candidates . Preparing recruitment advertisements and announcements, both for internal and external channels . Managing relationships with recruiting Line managers . Managing candidate processes (scheduling meetings/ testes, etc) and giving feedback to the candidates . Forwarding the data for employment to the administration team for contract preparation . Acting in accordance with the procedures of corporate HR . Actively sharing knowledge and information with other team members . Regular reporting of ongoing projects and their status . Being proactive in achieving the expectations of customers / employees . Ensuring that work performed is in accordance with the procedures of Electrolux, delivered within a specified timeframe and in line with customer expectations . Assistance in solving problems and suggesting improvements . Participating in regular team meetings and other within the company . Being a role model for colleagues, fostering an appropriate work culture . Developing own professional competence to deliver the highest quality of work
within HRS . Perform other tasks related to work, commissioned by the manager . Playing a role of back-up for other recruitment colleagues in the country . Participating in projects run by the CoE Talent & Development . Supporting and following up on the EES program, including the blue collar pilot

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
• Experience in recruitment (minimum 2 years) - Ability to resolve complex issues raised by business and HR colleagues - A deep belief in personal ability to make a valuable difference to the business and a deep sense of core values that drive behaviour - Profound knowledge and understanding of the business and what drives performance - Ability to build and manage deep, strong and trusting relationships with business and HR colleagues - A clear focus on being flexible and creative in providing solutions to gain buy-in and to deliver a business outcome - Enjoying working in a fast paced environment and resistant to stress - Project management skills - Fluent English - Knowledge of other languages will be an asset
