We are currently looking for a Research Analyst with excellent language skills to join our team in Stockholm
A Research Analyst completes pieces of business research and analysis as a member of our consulting teams. Key tasks include conducting interviews by telephone and in person, information gathering from a wide range of secondary sources, synthesizing results in spreadsheets and graphs and completing analysis using Bain tools. The position provides continuous growth and learning opportunities, including specific training and general access to Bain's vast knowledge base and people resources in different industries and functions around the world.
The desired educational background includes a university degree (business, economics or engineering) and excellent language skills. You need to be fluent in English and German, preferably mother tongue. Additional language skills are highly appreciated but not essential.
In addition, we are looking for the following attributes:
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Sound business sense, good analytical and communication skills
Excellent telephone interviewing skills
Enthusiasm, dedication and strong work ethics
Team orientation and willingness to work flexible hours
An interest in the substance and commercial impact of Bain's work
