hela Sverige We are now looking for an experienced Requirement Analyst to work with a new internal web app for our client. We think that you have several years of experience working with requirement work and you are used to agile way-of-working together with an offshore partner. We expect you to be able coach and guide other team members in the requirement process. We also want you to drive the change, together with the system responsible, in ways of working around requirements toward both business and supplier.
To be successful in this role we believe you are a driven, structured, inspiring and like to be the central part in a team. You can see the big picture but still not losing track of details. You work well together with people in different roles, cross-organizations, as well as interpreting and clarifying needs and requirements comes natural to you as well as driving prioritization and decisions with multiple stakeholders.
Besides the Requirement Analyst role you will also be leading smaller initiatives within the maintenance area; for example roll out to new countries, larger maintenance tasks and changes in ways of working.
You will be a member of the local IT-team based in Stockholm and will work together with business stakeholders at the central Communication & Press department.
Work Task:
• Plan and drive the requirement work for the solution in collaboration with the business owners
• Analyze and specify requirements from business and IT
• Coordinate requirements with surrounding systems
• Ownership of backlog and driver of the prioritization process with the business stakeholders
• Make delivery plans, closely together with the delivery manager and business
• Develop solutions together with architects, developers and testers
• Collaborate and communicate with developers and testers during the implementation of new features
• Communicate about solutions with business, development and test team
• Create and maintain requirement documentation
• Co-ordination and leading smaller initiatives within the maintenance area; for example roll out to new countries, larger maintenance tasks and changes in ways of working
• Plan and facilitate workshops
Specific Competence:
• Must have?At least 7 years of practical experience in requirements analysis
• Experience from leading smaller projects or initiatives
• Experience from user story driven development and requirement management
• Experience from Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban)
• Experience from web based, mobile solutions and environments
• Experience from working with a standard solution
• Experience from working with distributed teams
• Information modelling, User Story estimation and Story points
• Fluent in Swedish and English oral and written
• Knowledge of web design is an advantage
• Should have?Experience from web and web content management system Adobe
• Experience Manager is an advantage
Tools Competence
Tools/Software:
• Jira issue tracking, Adobe Experince Manager (AEM)

You will receive a 6 month contract with a possible extension.
Publiceringsdatum2018-05-01ErsättningPension Program: 4.5% of your monthly pretax salary will be paid to a pension account quarterly. This is in additional to your negotiated rate.
Public Transportation. For example, an SL card will be provided monthly during the contract period.
