hela Sverige In the Distribution Planner role we offer you responsibility of the replenishment for our global warehouses. The role includes three key elements - tasks to ascertain an optimal set-up of replenish and planning parameters, timely release of replenish orders and effective communication of supply.
Essential Responsibilities:
You will be expected to ensure an uninterrupted supply of finished goods and work to resolve issues while achieving and maintaining inventory availability and delivery business metrics as well as participate in and lead projects to develop and implement improvements within the area of responsibility.
• Provide visibility and communicate supply priorities and constraints to all stakeholders/regions
• Manage planning parameters and owning execution of replenishment into our distribution organizations to deliver fulfillment and inventory metrics
• Actively work to identify and drive activities together with colleagues for further proactive ways of working to improve process for the team and customers
• Have awareness of and actively work to ensure compliance with restrictions and regulations within the chain of distribution
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Strong influencing and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree and APICS certification or equivalent with significant experience in materials, production or planning and knowledge around MRP
• Excellent prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to perform in a high pressure environment
• Computer proficiency and well versed in usage of the Office Package and in particular MS Excel with ability to handle big data (analytically savvy)
• Fluent English and Swedish both spoken and written
• EU work permit

• Work in crossfunctional teams
• Project work experience. You need experiences of working in complex environments with many internal contacts. You will need both interpersonal and administrative skills to be able to maintain an accurate plan and work closely together with production and distribution. You will have to have an ability to learn fast and work with some degree of uncertainty.
