Welcome to one of the world's oldest start-ups.
We really have that passion for innovation - and with it, we create new solutions to enhance urban and green spaces, used and loved by many. By continuously challenging ourselves, we have kept innovating and re-inventing our business for more than three centuries (330 years, to be more exact).
This is our heritage. And our future. And now, we really want you to be a part of it.
What we can offer you
Dive into the epicenter of innovation! Our team isn't just following the trends - we're setting them. Here, you'll get to be one of the pioneers who are creating the blueprint of tomorrow.
Welcome to a world of intricate challenges, where you'll get to work with people all over the world. There's no playbook for what we do, because we're the ones writing it. Your creativity won't be boxed by existing solutions - here, you're the game changer.
So, if you're fueled by innovation and thrive in environments where you can make a visible difference, this is your arena.
About the team
By joining our team, you will be part of a transformation journey - and as you may have understood by now, you will strongly influence future ways of working, together with the rest of us. This is an important role at Husqvarna Group and together with our team we shape Husqvarna's digital future.
Here, you'll get to work in a really driven team, where change is our middle name and boldly trying new things, learning from mistakes and encouraging ourselves to challenge ourselves is everyday business. We work with IT Services and Solutions from Product management through RnD to Operations and Aftermarket, enabling valuable business capabilities within Product Lifecycle Management and Application Lifecycle Management domains.
The team works in close collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders from other parts within IT, but as well from business.
What's Your Role?
We're looking for someone to take the lead in shaping our team's vibe, making sure everyone feels driven and ready to take on challenges. But it's not just about keeping the spirits high. You'll be our go-to person regarding our agile ways of working and to ensure our release train runs smoothly - you'll be the link between different teams, making sure all on the train is connected. This includes coordination of teams consisting of people in the business, IT teams and sometimes even suppliers/partners.
You will work closely with the PLM portfolio manager and the domain architect to prioritize the portfolio backlog, but also to participate and drive process and method improvements within the portfolio to improve the flow
Your main focus in this role will be:
Initially you lead the operational work in the PLM ART, you know, secure the portfolio roadmap get implemented in professional manner
While learning our current ways of working you already start to think how to speed up our transformation to more self-ongoing teams to drive the operational work themselves
Naturally you facilitate the agile ceremonies, like PI planning, retrospectives etc.
Important from holistic perspective is to identify and mitigate dependencies and risks within the ART
Coach solution teams, scrum masters and product management in the agile mindset
Closely collaborate with organizational change management to secure effective and precise rollouts
All that to ensure quality and timely ART deliveries (of new and enhanced business capabilities)

Your skills
You're a driven person, who thrives at the intersection of technology, business and innovation. You excel in collabs with global and virtual teams, embrace the power of diversity and simply know how to deal with organizational change as well.
Your career showcases your expertise in handling release/project management in a large-scale system and you come with a robust foundation in IT system development & lifecycle management. Your previous engagements underline your understanding of the power of Continuous Integration & Delivery and hopefully, you have been working with Agile methodologies within a larger delivery.
It is valuable if you have a good understanding of Product Lifecycle Management concepts in wider perspective, maybe even as a user of some PLM & CAD applications some day in the back.
About you:
Are you a catalyst for enthusiasm and positivity, maintaining high motivation with a solid "can-do" attitude? Then, you're just the spirit we need.
Having passion for people, to care and boldly (and smoothly) coordinate both virtual and more local teams is in your nature. You can easily find the right way and take decisions on your own - and at the same time engage people. Here, you will be at the front line, driving change - and therefore, you also need to be able to stand up for your ideas and opinions (of course, with full support from the team).
With ease, you decode human behaviors, see patterns and spot the complexities of architectural designs. We really appreciate the systems thinker in you, since we believe that you're the kind of person who has the ability to synthesize information to form a bigger picture.
Location:
Preferred locations for this position are in Sweden at any of our larger sites (Huskvarna, Gothenburg and Stockholm).
Other locations in Sweden can be discussed for the right person and with the possibility to travel. Husqvarna Group has a Hybrid work model, where location is of less importance for the right candidate.
