hela Sverige Are you driven, like to work in a dynamic environment with constant changes and want to be an important player in a complex IT environment? We are now looking for a Release Coordinator to our Integration Competence Center, the ICC!
We work in a creative and innovative area where our main goal is to deliver world class integration services to our customers. Integration is a key part of H&M's IT environment and is the function that provides business systems with the ability to exchange information. We serve all IT-divisions, as well as external partners through our integration platforms. For H&M 's business processes to work, it is important that the integrations delivered from our integration competence center are done on time and with high quality and as a release coordinator you will be the person holding it all together.
The ICC development team consist of approx. 30 team members in Marievik and 30 developers and testers in Bangalore. Release coordinators are a team of two and reports to our SAR. We are responsible for all system integrations within H&M.
Our Release Coordinators are the link between ICC development, ICC operation and our customers. You will support our development teams by planning releases and through that also increase our collaboration with our customer.
By being at the core of H&Ms complex IT landscape, excellent communication and cooperation skills are essential when working with many projects and systems simultaneously. Most systems at H&M use ICC's platforms to communicate with each other which makes us an important and business critical area.
As a release coordinator you also act as a one of ICCs Local Change Managers and contribute to the improvement and development of H&M's processes for Change Management in Service Integration.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Release Coordinator within the H&M group comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Release planning and change management
• Communicate release information to stakeholders
• Securing resources for releases together with ICC Operation
• Manage incoming integration requests before handover to ICC development
• Drive improvements within the ICC release process, way of working, knowledge transfer, communication etc
• Participate in ICC Management forums
• Follow up and report ICC release KPIs
• Coordinate delivery and handover between ICC development teams, ICC test team and ICC operation team

• Self-propelled and take initiative
• Communication and people skills
• Straight forward
• 1 - 3 years of experience
• Drive to work with constant improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams toward task completion and set deadlines
• Experience with ITIL is preferred
• Like to work in team, but still be able to work independently
