In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
• Lead, facilitate and coordinate Regulatory Reporting initiatives in accordance to the internal and external regulations and standards;
• Clearly communicate with stakeholders and report progress;
• Work together with the product management, product owners and scrum masters to make sure the scope is covered, and we will be able to meet our obligations;
• Lead the work of operationalizing the Data Quality Issue Management Process
• Act as team player in the Regulatory Reporting ART and constantly improve the way of working;
• Work in multi-cultural, multi-tasking and challenging environment.

What is needed in this role:
• Experience from leading implementation programs within a Data Warehouse or Reporting or similar environment;
• Understanding in Enterprise Data Warehouse concept;
• Understanding in Agile way of working and in SAFe;
• Able to document and communicate program related progress and escalations in a very good level;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Very good collaboration and communication skills - listen, ask questions, build trust.
