Role Summary
As a Regional Warranty Manager, you will be an essential part of our Warranty Market Development team, supporting our markets globally in the warranty process. You will ensure correct warranty reimbursments for all Scania product types and work closely with distributors and service workshops. This role involves detecting anomalous process behaviours, handling commercial issues, and providing input to the product follow-up process.
Job Responsibilities
Support distributors in maintaining quality in the warranty process through analytics and key figures.
Handle claims and conduct quality audits of distributors' and workshops' warranty operations.
Collaborate closely with various factory functions within Scania, primarily within the product follow-up process.
Conduct market visits approximately 3-4 times/year, with additional travel as needed.
Represent Scania professionally towards markets and drive markets needs internally.
Work closely with Local Warranty Managers to ensure adherence to warranty processes.

Who You Are
You are a detail-oriented and analytically minded individual with a genuine interest in technical areas. You thrive in a dynamic environment and also capable of handling a high work pace when necessary. Building and maintaining relationships comes naturally to you, and you represent Scania professionally in all interactions. Your strong technical knowledge, combined with excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, makes you an ideal candidate for this role. Additional language skills are a plus, as you will be working with markets globally. Other key qualifications include:
Experience with Scania products is beneficial.
Excellent people management and relationship-building skills.
Good computer skills, including the Office package.
Relevant university education and/or equivalent experience.
Experience in workshop operations or insurance business is beneficial.
