During the past couple of years, Husqvarna has built up a global pricing function that today has tools and project processes in place. To further connect the established corporate function to specific regions and countries (and channels), Group are now recruiting a highly skilled Regional Pricing Manager who will be a important enablers towards local markets. The desired output is to have a country and regional adapted pricing function that supports EMEA performance in a positive way.
The Pricing Manager will be responsible for the Nordic and Baltic geographical region and take lead according to the pricing process. He/she will work in close cooperation with the Regional and Local Sales management and the Global Pricing department and have a visible role within the organization. The Regional Pricing Manager will make sure that committed prices are connected to the budget and that each country price model is transparent and optimized. The role also includes to monitor the price levels across the countries and brands and to reward performance in Husqvarna's sales channels as well as having control of the price leakage. No personnel responsibility is included in this position and travelling to Huskvarna in Sweden is a natural part of this job.
The key objectives are:
To strive for price optimization and harmonization across the countries for the specific region, thus ensuring a market driven pricing strategy.
Participate in the global pricing councils to work through the international reference prices.
Support the Vice President Sales in securing net sales and gross profit.
Monitor the price waterfall from Recommended Reseller Price to Pocket margin in retail, dealer and distributor sales channel, discuss and develop concepts for well-structured reward system in all channels - if necessary.
Support set-up/ launch and evaluation of campaigns in the region
Support and validate the business intelligence in the regions.
Comment on the quarterly price development follow up reports, verses last year, competitors and commitments.
Responsibility for that the price management in the price handling system, PHS and PHS ++ are correctly managed
Driving business analysis for the Vice President Sales
We are looking for you with an University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and qualified experience from Price Management in a sales organization within a large company group with different brands and sales channels. Furthermore, you have a solid understanding of the importance of qualified pricing as an important driver of profitability. You are an experienced user of Excel, Power pivot and Access database. Professional in Danish or Swedish and professional English languages skills is a must.
