Accountabilities
Dyson is looking for a Regional Development Manager. You will work in a fun, ambitious and high performing team. Your responsibility is to ensure your region reaches it 's sales budget and you will analyse how it will be done in the best way. You enjoy meeting new people and interact to create new business opportunities. You most likely have previous experience from leading and coaching people who are in the beginning of their career path, you know exactly how to inspire and make them grow.
In order to succeed within this role, you already have a good relationship with different Store Managers or Area Managers within the field, you will present new products and have several presentations for them quarterly. You work close with the KAM with strategic planning and reporting, in order to create business growth in the best possible way.
Dyson Overview
Much has changed since James Dyson launched the bagless vacuum that started our business. In the time since, Dyson engineers have invented heat-free hand dryers, bladeless fans, long-life LED lighting and even our own digital motor. Today, vacuums represent just half of our sales. And Dyson has even broader ambitions still.
Experience
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience in similar or adjacent role, (Store Manager, Store Department Manager, Sales representative, etc.)
• Track record of having earned respect and confidence of retail partners in previous roles
Skills
• Strong personal leadership skills
• Excellent customer relationship management
• Written and verbal skills - able to communicate effectively internally and externally
• Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
Competencies
• Driver's license
• Organized and Planning self-starter
• Adaptable/flexible - able to multi task between tasks/goals of different nature
• Strong communication (Obtain/Verify/Transmit)
• High Emotional Intelligence
• Proficient in analytics and business acumen
This role is located in Malmö but you will also work time to time in Copenhagen.
