The Talent Acquisition Team in Gothenburg, Sweden now has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Vendor Manager for a 12-months fixt term contract.
The Vendor manager leads to drive best practice, excellence and consistency in the way AZ uses suppliers for recruitment activity. In this role you will work with key contacts in Global Recruitment, Strategic Partnerships and Global Procurement to ensure that all service deliverables are within standard.
In particular,you will manage the relationship with our key suppliers of contingent workers, through whom we currently have 660 workers. You will also manage the relationship with our key relocation providers and recruitment agencies. In addition, you will be involved in the implementation of Fieldglass, a Vendor Management System, into Sweden.
Your key accountabilities will include:
* Managing our suppliers to drive improvement in quality, performance and cost per SLA's
* Negotiating, preparing and reviewing contractual agreements in partnership with Procurement.
* Answering all vendors queries and escalates critical queries
* Providing meaningful metrics and analytics monthly to ensure SLA's are met.
* Ensuring our suppliers can articulate our values, brand and Employee Value Proposition
* Leveraging and managing the educational tool kit that HRBPs, RPs, and HMs can refer to when looking for recruitment support
The following skills/experience are essential for the role:
* Supplier management skills
* Knowledge of the policies, process and procedures pertaining to multiple recruitment-related services - including hiring of both full-time employees (FTE) & externally managed resources (EMR)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive & consultative approach to business problems and bringing consistent, scalable solutions
* Experience and ability to work in a team, collaboratively with third party suppliers and across countries
* Experience from working in a change program
