Group Recruitment Centre is part of the Group people & Business Excellence and is supporting managers in Group Staff and UNITE, ERP Programme, with recruitments at all levels.
We are now looking for a:
Recruitment Specialist
The Group Recruitment Centre has the objective to effectively handle all kinds of recruitment, with explicit focus on high volume needs, but still deliver the best matching/fitting candidates to the organization. The Group Recruitment Centre will be an important step in further strengthening our HR transformation. Recruitment is one of the key HR processes and to ensure the availability of candidates both in terms of quantity and quality is crucial for the success of SKF.
Key tasks
• Recruitments on almost all levels (white collar) and within all professional areas with a special focus on IT competencies (ERP)
• Handle all parts of the recruitment process including searching for candidates
• Handle several parallel recruitments at the time (10-20)
• Have contacts and cooperation with suppliers, agencies and candidates
Job Requirements:
• Extensive experience of recruitment to complex white collar positions (typicly 5 years or more with recruitment agency)
• Other HR experience in general HR is a plus
• Good knowledge and understanding of the IT business is a merit
• High customer focus and service minded
• Experience from an international or complex corporation with internal and/or external recruitments
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Structured and good at administration
• Good proficiency in IT tools and system
• Relevant university exam e.g. psychology, PA or similar
• Experience of personality tests is a merit
As a person you like to work in a challenging environment with high speed in delivery and clear targets. You are used to work independently as well as working in close cooperation with the business you support. You have high integrity but also the ability to build relationships with people on all kind of levels in different organizations.
The role will report to the Manager for the Group Recruitment Centre and will be located in Gothenburg.
This is a temporary employment until January 2015 and you need to be able to start in December 2013.
