At Volumental, we're passionate about creating great digital shoe shopping experiences using 3D scanning and AI recommendation technology. Now it's time to grow our team again and we're looking for you, a Recruitment intern, to help us find amazing people and achieve our mission!
What will you do?
Recruit a lot, of course! You will have an eye on the industry and find amazing people to be part of our team. You will have the opportunity to work on Full-cycle recruitment: writing and spreading job ads, reading resumes, calling and interviewing candidates, coordinating onsite interviews, checking references and preparing employment agreements. You'll work closely with the People & Culture manager to make sure that we're providing a great candidate experience while being able to find the best match with our team.
Work on Employer branding: You will contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to find innovative ways for us to attract and retain amazing people.
Scale People & Culture processes: You will collaborate to make the above tasks and other processes smooth and scalable, so that we decrease our growing pains.
All the other things! In one day you might be joining a recruitment event and in the other you might be involved with the organization of a training to help team members to grow, gain insights, contribute to strategy or work better together. There are so many possibilities!
We understand that you might not have experience in all of these areas, but don't worry - you will have a chance to learn a lot here!
We are excited about you because:
You find working with recruitment energizing and fun. You enjoy working with different hiring managers/stakeholders and are happy to collaborate cross-team to structure efficient recruitment processes.
You are a structured and well-organized person who values giving candidates feedback and following up systematically on ongoing recruitment processes. You have the ability to zoom in and out between details and the big picture. You like to test new ideas but you're not too sad to let them go in case you see better ones coming up.
You are a collaborative team member willing to jump in where needed. You enjoy putting on a different hat every day and working closely with all departments internally.
You have at least 20 hours per week to dedicate to this internship. In case you have more time available this will also be great, of course.

You have worked with recruitment/candidate experience before
You have been exercising or studying proactive recruitment, social media and/or recruitment channels
You have lived to tell the tale of a rapidly scaling startup.
This internship is a paid position in our Stockholm headquarters reporting to the People & Culture Manager. This position is not eligible to receive support with relocation. We would like you to start as soon as possible :)
