Due to continued growth, Convergys is now looking to hire a Recruiter.

The Recruiter plays a crucial role in the growth and success of Convergys. This individual will be responsible for leading and implementing various Talent Acquisition initiatives including day to day full life cycle recruiting, updating key recruitment metrics reporting and establishing strong relationships with functional operations and training groups.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

You will ensure that the staffing requirements are met and that the highest quality of applicants is maintained for administrative; professional; and management personnel.

Some examples of your coming tasks:
• Write and place employment advertisements.
• Post all internal recruitment related information.
• Provide initial screening interviews for candidates.
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes.
• Conduct interviews with prospective applicants, in person and over telephone.
• Host local recruitment sessions; with candidates in groups and/or individually.
• Perform client specific tests and pre-employment checks.
• Reference checks.
• Work within global projects related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Keep detailed records of employment advertisements and ensure accurate information for advertisements.
• Attend and/or implement job fairs.
• Work with internal HRIS systems.
• Create and update local and global recruiting reports.
• Continuously drive the development of all recruitment related tasks.
• Participate in other HR related tasks.

You must have:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree
• Zero to three years related experience.
• The ability to work with short turnaround times yet provide high quality work
• Good time- and workload management as well as organizational skills, able to multi-task & prioritize in order to meet deadlines
• Must be able to work independent of direct supervision.
• Strong awareness of brand management and employee value proposition to sell to candidates.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

It is meritorious to have:
• Previous experience from different HRIS and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of social media for sourcing purposes (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc)
• Demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
• The ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment.
• Decision-making skills for problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation.
• Analysis and problem solving skills to determine effects on existing systems and/or business processes.
• Knowledge of an additional Nordic language (Finnish, Norwegian or Danish).
