The Role - Recruiter - Talent Acquisition
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure we are continuing to find and hire the best talent here at MAG! You'll build strong relationships with hiring teams so you are able to support and advise them on the best approach for each role.
Above all you will be passionate about ensuring that every candidate receives a great experience during their recruitment process with us!

The P&C Team
You will join as part of our awesome People & Culture team which includes; The Head of People & Culture, HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, Office Manager for Brighton and Office Manager for Stockholm.
This role can be based in either our Stockholm or Brighton office and, as we follow a hybrid model, you can also work from home regularly.
Responsibilities
• Be an ambassador for MAG, our culture and vision so that all candidates have a strong impression of what it's like to work with us
• Review applicant profiles and CVs
• Perform screening interviews with candidates across our live roles
• Support with hiring across a range of roles from; game developers, artists, designers, marketers and more! There's always variety!
• Source candidates using various platforms
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific people needs and build tailored recruitment strategies to deliver them
• Coach, support and challenge hiring teams, using your recruitment expertise, to ensure we hire the best talent in the market and be a recruitment expert when it comes to tech talent specifically
• Provide a seamless and welcoming experience for all candidates from first contact to hire. It is key that all candidates experience a positive process
• Arrangement of all meetings and interviews surrounding the candidate's process
• Participate in wider Talent Acquisition projects
Skills/Experience
• Experience as a full-cycle Recruiter, either in-house or agency
• Skilled at identifying strong talent (within the tech sector particularly)
• Experienced in focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion when sourcing candidates
• Confidence to manage the full process including; screening, interviewing, offering and reference checking
• Strong knowledge of, and experience applying, different sourcing techniques
• Passionate about ensuring all candidates have the best possible experience
• A good understanding of HR practices, anti-discrimination and employment law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work autonomously
Nice to have (but not essential!)
• Experienced in recruiting for the games industry
• Familiar with different types of ATS (we use Teamtailor)
• Sourcing experience from different platforms e.g. Stackoverflow, ArtStation, Github etc
