Form of employment: You will be employed by Bara Posten Bemanning and hired out as a consultant to Hemnet.

YOUR ROLE:
You will have a varied role and your main tasks are: to be the face of the company, welcome and receive visitors, and ensure that the office is clean and tidy. There is no classic reception desk in the office and therefore your area of responsibility includes the entire office with extra focus on the office's main entrance.
Examples of duties:
• Attend and be responsible for the main entrance
• Welcome and receive visitors
• Ensure that the office is clean and tidy
• Make coffee, take care of the dishwasher, and set up refreshments and lunches
• Arrange conference rooms
• Handling of packages
WHO ARE YOU?
For this role, we are looking for someone with high social skills. You have previous experience in a service profession and feel comfortable working in an independent role. Furthermore, you are curious and proactive, and you enjoy working in a familiar and casual culture.
Swedish language proficiency is not required for this position and we welcome all applications.
Important for the position:
• Previous experience in service
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Meriting with previous work experience in reception
