• Answer and screen incoming calls at the Embassy switchboard and direct and/or refer them to the relevant Embassy sections.
• Provide general information to the public enquiries on various topics, for instance on Japan visa regulations and application procedures.
• Handle outgoing and incoming correspondence such as letters, parcels, etc.
• Receive visitors at the main entrance and refer them to the relevant Embassy sections.
• General administrative duties
Qualifications
• Excellent command of English and Swedish languages, and preferably with a good command of Japanese
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Good communication and team-work skills
Application
Required application documents include:
• A brief resume or CV
• A letter (within A4 1 page) describing how the applicant is qualified for working at the Embassy
• A copy of passport identification page
• A copy of the working permit (for non-Swedish applicants)
