Description
As the company continuous to grow we are now in a need of a Receptionist who will work with administrative assignments, such as:
• welcoming and hosting internal and external visitors
• be responsible for payments for internal purchases
• travel booking and additional travel administration
• handle our mail process
• ordering office supplies
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
• relevant experience of common tasks, at least 5 years
• good IT skills in MS Office
• good proficiency in verbal and written Swedish and English
To be successful in this role, you need to
• like administration and to constantly work on developing and improving this area
• be customer focused
• have excellent communication skills
• be organized and distinct
• have ability to plan and prioritize
Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
