We are looking for a R&D Team Manager to join our team at Technology Center High Voltage Products. In Global Product Group Power & Industry Components we are developing the next generation power electronic solutions targeting power quality and battery energy storage applications. In this role you will be Team Lead for 6 power electronics professionals and subject matter expert in Power Electronics.

Your responsibilities
Ensure the project deliverables are on time
Ensure the high quality of the results
Develop the group and the infrastructure needed
Drive and execute the strategy of the Global Product Group
Mentor and develop the team
Close collaboration with the different TCs
Your background
Ph.D degree in Power Electronics or M.Sc degree with at least 5 years of experience in the field
Solid knowledge in power electronics topologies and control with at least 5 years of experience in the area
Solid knowledge in power electronics modeling both static and dynamic
Good knowledge in EMI/EMC and modelling
Good knowledge of power systems and grid codes
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
At least 3 years of experience in people management
Project Management skills, managing international teams
