As our R&D Project Manager & Operations Excellence Leader you will become one of the key persons in organizing the delivery of value to the rest of our organization. In this role you will work directly with cross-functional team members to ensure that our Portfolio's initiatives are delivered and executed in alignment with the overall roadmap priorities. You will be a key player in our agile environment where you will be a main contributor to the continuous planning and execution cycle. The position is based in Västerås, Sweden. Your responsibilities
Budget and forecasting of R&D work within the Power Quality domain.
Take on roles in the SAFe framework (Epic owner, Product owner and/or Scrum Master) and/or supporting the Release Train Engineer with the operations of the Agile Release Train.
Continuous improvements and operational development.
Quality assurance and drive quality improvement initiatives.

Your background
You hold Master's degree within Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or have some years' work experience
Strong leadership, management, and communications skills
Structured way of working.
Team-oriented and innovative personality as well as solution-oriented working style
You are confident, both on a personal level and in your leadership
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Experience in an environment with large, complex and multidisciplinary R&D projects
Experience with agile development and the SAFe framework are not mandatory but are considered an asset
