At Senior Material, we're on the lookout for a passionate Quality System Engineer with a knack for fast learning to join our dynamic team. If you're eager to play a pivotal role in shaping our Quality Management System for IATF16949 certification and are excited by the journey ahead, this is your chance!
ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
This a broad role, however, some of the fun that this role entails is:
• Maintain and continuously improve the system to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with certification criteria.
• Play a pivotal role in preparing for and conducting internal and external audits, including third-party audits, to validate readiness for IATF16949 certification.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to streamline processes and products, emphasizing IATF16949 and VDA compliance.
• Introduce advanced tools and systems for quality analysis and management, driving continuous improvement toward certification goals.

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in quality work. We also think a positive attitude, great initiative, and a curious personality are great! Besides these fantastic things, we would like to see that you have the following:
• Bachelor's degree or higher. Other education/experience deemed equivalent is also of interest.
• Proficient in quality management principles, methods, and tools, with a strong emphasis on IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA6.3 & VDA6.5 quality management system standards.
• Very good English both spoken and written, preferably also Sweden and Korean.
• Driving license - we are placed a little bit outside Eskilstuna.
