hela Sverige It is an exciting time for you to join us, SSC and Satellite Management Services are currently in a transition phase which brings both interesting and challenging work tasks. Operations department within Satellite Management Services (SaMS) are now looking for a driven and curious person to become our new Quality Manager.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
As a quality manager you will be responsible for SaMS quality assurance plan and to improve Operation 's delivery of services and customer satisfaction. Together with your colleagues you will create and implement well functional global processes to ensure high service quality. In addition, you will be our Intranet and SharePoint editor responsible for the development and usability of our Intranet sites.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To enjoy the role as quality manager you are a team player who likes structure. You have good knowledge in English and appreciate taking an active role communicating strategies and goals. We believe you have a bachelor degree in a technical field or equivalent. You also have good knowledge in project methodologies. It is beneficial if you have knowledge of ISO 9001, are familiar with the ITIL framework and have experience in content management, development in Microsoft SharePoint and web design.

LOCATION
We offer a permanent position with normal working hours daytime 40h/week.
Your workplace will be at Esrange Space Center in Kiruna.
Esrange Space Center is the launch and operations facility of SSC, located outside Kiruna in the north of Sweden. At Esrange we have excellent launching facilities and we provide services to scientists and space organizations worldwide
