As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for a team of quality technicians, auditors and quality engineering.
Together with them and supported by the Manufacturing Manager you will:
• monitor our product & process quality and guarantee a closed loop, which leads to optimal Customer Satisfaction,
• actively work on the continuous improvement of our processes and the reduction of internal and external cost of quality.
• further develop the Quality Assurance Plan to keep our quality objectives and to guarantee products with the lowest possible failure rate.
• continuously benchmark for new processes, ideas and synergies.
Measuring and analysing will lead to clear actions. Excellent interacting with the production flow teams, SQA, service and D&D will be key to succeed in this mission.
You will motivate and guide your team to reach the company objectives, while coaching them also on their individual development.
Projects should give besides an increased level of quality, improvements towards operational cost-effectiveness and a high focus on safety and environment.
Mission
As a Quality Manager it?s your mission to support the development of our Product Company as a center of competence for the assigned products, with a strong focus on product and process quality to obtain optimal customer satisfaction.
Experience requirements
The ideal candidate:
• has a good knowledge of advanced quality systems and experience with the industialisation of them.
• worked with manufacturing flow process and industrial engineering.
• has a good technical background and preferably technical knowledge of our products
• has strong organizational skills
• can motivate a team and brings them to results
Knowledge
You should be able to express yourself in Swedish and English (or willing to learn quickly)
Educational requirements
The position calls for someone with a university education, preferably in Engineering or equal through experience. Experience with quality systems is an obvious plus.
Personality requirements
You will be a results oriented person, a good team player and, above all, someone who is looking for a challenge which will bring significant improvements to the product company in Karlskrona.
