As a Quality management system & Audit Manager you 're responsible to maintain, revise and develop our quality management system. Acting as our ISO expert you continuously develop our management system and identify weaknesses and gaps in our current processes where you address and support the process owners in their improvement activities.
The location for this job is flexible between our different sites, however, we expect some presence at our site in Fagersta. You will be hired by Adecco but working for Seco.
Your background and personality
We believe you have experience from working in complex and global organizations. To be successful in this job, you need extensive experience in building and establishing EHS management systems. Previous work with QEHS in general is beneficial, as is a degree in Industrial Economy. All this, combined with a technical interest and mindset make you the perfect fit for this position. Working in a global environment calls for excellent English skills, both verbal and written.
Your outstanding communication and collaboration skills enable you to build strong and stable relationships across cultural boarders based on honesty and trust. You 're driven, proactive and result oriented and you take great pride in delivering high quality in a timely manner.
