Quality Coordinator

Within Operations we are delivering what our customers wants in a stable and predictable way. At the Distribution Center in Staffanstorp we are good doing that but now we want to be even better! We're looking for a passionate Quality Coordinator to our Office.
Who are you?
You have a strong customer focus! You like to interact with people for cooperation and support. You are analytical, structured and understands both the details and the big picture.
You are interested to be a technical detective and find the real root cause of problems and eager to challenge everyone for a good corrective action.
You are flexible on driving a wide range of tasks, it can be leading improvement projects as well as following up on improvement actions.
About the job
To coordinate, reconcile and resolve customer claims, raise supplier claims and quality deviations in a speedy and accurate manner. To focus on claim handling and securing that the Problem Resolution Process for Claims is followed and by that ensuring that the customer is satisfied with remedial, temporary and corrective actions.
What you know
* Excellent communication skills in English
* Basic MS Office 365 knowledge
* Customer focused mindset
* Courage to drive change and improvements
* Basic knowledge for reading technical drawings and working in ERP system (Preferred)
Lean Six Sigma education (preferred)
