The role:
We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to strengthen our Quality Assurance department. Your main responsibility will be to support project managers and project teams regarding questions related to quality assurance, both in large and in small product development projects.
Responsibilities also includes:
• Support Project managers in requirement management in cooperation with customers within projects.
• Support project teams with translations of customers' requirements into a producable design parameters.
• Leading or supporting Change control errands, verification and validation work and investigations regarding products under your QA responsibility.
• Design reviews from QA aspect.
• Participate in development, improvements and administration of the QMS (Quality Management System) for our Swedish site.
QA is a supportive function, and as a part of this department it is of great importance that you are communicative and feel comfortable informing roles and coordinating tasks. We are often involved in global projects with many departments of the company. You comfortably and independently lead and participate in product development related discussions with customers and authorities, and you possess the ability to help the project team to create correct specifications regarding product acceptance criteria based on regulations, standards and results from risk analyses.

In addition, we believe you have the following experience and qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or Masters degree in Life Science, Engineering or similar.
• Experience from Quality role in a quality regulated manufacturing or CRO, preferably pharma or med tech industry
• Knowledge about and experience from product development
• Excellent skills in both English and Swedish, as well in writing as orally.
Experience from these fields are meritorious:
• Experience from product development of med tech products containing both electronic functions and software.
• Six Sigma green belt or above
• Experience from project management
• Chineese language
