As QA Complaint Leader, you will be accountable for managing customer complaints related to the products produced at the Uppsala site.
As Complaint Leader, you will:
Be responsible for receiving, analyzing, documenting and responding to customer complaints in a timely manner.
Perform complaint trend analysis on regular basis to be used at operational reviews, Management Reviews and Complaint Handling Unit (CHU) meetings
Present data for management as required
Manage Product Holds and Field Actions
Manage CHU teams
Attend customer audits and customer meetings, ensuring understanding of he complaint process and customer Satisfaction of Complaint Management
Work with continuous improvements of the complaints process
Be part of and drive local as well as global improvement projects related to all Quality System processes

Qualifications/Requirements:
Technical or chemical degree.
Knowledge with quality systems based on ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or GMP
Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish as well as outstanding presentation skills are a requirement.
Desired Characteristics:
Previous experience from a similar role
Experience of working with customers from the pharmaceutical industry would be considered valuable
