As Purchasing Development & Analysis Manager you will have an important role in shaping NCC Industry's future Purchasing function. You will be instrumental in facilitating the development and deployment of our Purchasing strategy. Your role is not just about analysis; it's about architecting the future.

Key Responsabilities:
This role focuses on our continuous improvement journey and establishing structured analysis procedures. This position will primarily focus on building these frameworks rather than leading various individual initiatives.

• You will play a key role in shaping the future of our purchasing strategies within NCC Industry
• By establishing structured analytical approaches, you'll enhance our decision-making capabilities
• Your continuous improvement mindset will drive efficiency and excellence in our purchasing processes
• You will lead the way in building a robust foundation for purchasing development and analysis, ensuring a lasting impact on our organization

Your Profile:

• You are a change agent who gets things done, with high integrity, based on the NCC values and Star Behaviors.
• You have completed a Master 's Degree (e.g., engineering, law, business administration, commercial degree) and vast experience from large industrial companies
• Proven experience in purchasing and analytical roles
• Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build and establish structured frameworks
• You have excellent presentations skills, and work fluently in English as well as in a Nordic language.

Additional info
This is a permanent position and placed at our NCC offices in Solna, Stockholm. Travelling within the Nordic Countries will be required. In this position you will be reporting to Head of Purchasing BA. In accordance with NCCs safety culture we conduct background checks on final candidates.
