Typical work tasks:

The position will include to purchase mainly marketing and communications products and services for the company.

• Create strategy for this segment

• Negotiate price agreements, service level agreements and legal terms with suppliers.

• Coordinate commercial activities.

• Collect and analyze data before and after RFQs.

• Present case in Sourcing Board.

• Follow up of suppliers' performance.

• Follow up on economic activities based on our group targets.

• Locate and evaluate new suppliers within the segment.

Location: Södertälje

Working hours: Weekdays, office hours

Duration: From asap to 28/9 2018 (full time basis)

Qualifications

• You have 2-4 years of experience within purchasing.

• Negotiation skills are necessary together with being able to handle stressful situations and many things going on at the same time.

• You need to have commercial experience and be able to challenge the internal customers and their current way of working.

• Ability to coordinate/bundle the demands from different departments within Marketing & Communication at their head office and at the business units worldwide. Target is to set up framework contracts with corresponding work routines that simplifies the daily operation for both the internal customer and purchasing.

• Feel secure and professional enough to present cases in decision forums such as Sourcing Board.

Personal qualities

The applicant shall have the ability to work effectively, independently or as a part of a multi-functional team. Good communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally. Relationship builder with strong interpersonal relationship skills and a "can-do" attitude. Organized and methodical with good time management skills.
