Description

Indirect Materials & Services (IMS) is one of Tetra Pak purchasing segments. We are looking for a Purchasing Analyst to strengthen the team in Central Sites Europe. The team drives category management, end-to-end strategic sourcing, supplier base strategies and purchase to payment processes for the categories Marketing and Communications, HR and Professional Services, Maintenance, Repair and Operations and Facility Management. This is done in close cooperation with our business stakeholders as well as our cluster organisations.

Your success will depend on your ability to support the supplier management organisation in finding business improvements, root cause behind performance and to facilitate transparency of results by clear communication. Your achievements will impact our result and efficiency to a large extent. This position reports to IMS segment Operations & Business Development Mgr and is based in Lund.

Main responsibilities

• Business Intelligence expert (SAP R/3, BO)
• Data analysis and creation of relevant reports
• Monitor performance of KPIs, lead process controls (PCQ) and compliance reporting (root cause analysis of non compliance)
• Provide support to Category- and Supplier Managers adhoc analysis
• Provide training for colleagues in analyse reports and tools
• Prepare and maintain standard analysis and reporting material
• Continuously improve the analysis and reporting methods
• Project management within responsibility area
• Facilitate networking within the supplier management community around analysis for IMS segment

Qualifications

We believe you have a University degree in Business Administration and 3-5 years work experience within finance, business controlling and/or supplier management. You have advanced experience in SAP R/3 and Business Objects (BO) and in Excel and QlikView and creation of analyze reports. We also value knowledge in project management. You also have strong communication skills in both verbal and written English.

You have a passion for analysis and looking behind the data, finding the root-cause of non-compliances. As a contribution to continuous improvement, you have the drive and the independence to propose plans to optimise working routines and internal processes. You will work in a global environment, closely with colleagues and users in Supplier Management network all around the world. To collaborate and build trust with other are important qualifications.
