We are looking for a Provider Relationship Manager to join our team. The role can be based in Stockholm or Uppsala.

About the role
The PRM is the central coordinator and driver of provider relationships, acting as the key liaison between providers and internal stakeholders. They ensure alignment across business units, translating strategic goals into clear expectations and operational plans. By managing day-to-day interactions and facilitating collaboration, PRMs drive provider performance and contribute directly to business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based partnerships tailored to Air content providers.
Cross-functional coordination: Act as the bridge between providers and internal teams (product, tech, operations, commercial), aligning efforts to meet business objectives.
Stakeholder management: Engage and communicate effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to ensure unified expectations and support for provider initiatives.
Business-driven engagement: Translate company strategy into actionable provider goals, driving delivery that supports growth, innovation, and competitive positioning.
Governance leadership: Lead or participate in QBRs and operational meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and steer partnership direction.
Performance oversight: Monitor provider outputs against KPIs and SLAs, proactively addressing risks and opportunities for improvement.
Risk and issue management: Identify and escalate operational or strategic risks, facilitating timely resolution.
Contract compliance: Ensure adherence to agreed commercial terms, service levels, and contractual obligations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related field
Experience in provider/vendor management, partner relations, or key account management
Strong relationship-building skills with experience managing external partners
Proven ability to collaborate across functions (e.g. product, tech, operations, commercial)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to translate business strategy into clear provider actions and goals
Experience working with KPIs
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Understanding of commercial contracts and negotiation fundamentals

Nice to have:
Background in travel, airline, OTA, or platform-based business
