As an Prototype Operator you will focus on Printed Board Assembly (PBA) in our prototype production in Kista. As an PBA prototype operator, you will support our prototype manufacturing to enable our PBA builds to be delivered in time and with correct quality. To enable our PBA builds you will operate our Pick & Place machines, Screen printing/Jet printing machines, AOI/SPI machines and ovens. You will work cross functional closely to different roles and functions within our Site in Kista. The focus today is to enable the 5G prototype/testbed role out
In your role as Prototype Operator, your main tasks will include:
• Manage and run the Pick & Place machines, screen printer/jet printer and oven equipment
• Manage and run our AOI & SPI equipment
• Daily communication both internally and externally
About you
You should have upper secondary school/High School or higher lever education, or relevant work experience within the area. You also have experience of PBA and quality. To be successful in this role you will need to have an outgoing and positive attitude, willingness to take responsibility and enthusiasm in facing new problems and opportunities.
Furthermore, you have a strong personal drive, a structured way in work (of working) and can work independently as well as, as a team member. Since the job involves international contacts, fluency in English and Swedish is of high importance, as are effective communication and writing skills.
Important for the role:
• Knowledge within Surface Mount Assembly
• HW and machine knowledge, to be able to run our machines
• Upper secondary school/High school with technical or higher degree, or relevant work experience within the area

About the employment
For this assignment, you will be employed as a consultant by Adecco. The assignment will start immediately and initially run for 3 months with opportunity to extension.
