TeliaSonera is facing tremendous challenges such as: How to introduce combined Fixed-Mobile offering? How to improve distribution power and efficiency? How to increase market in specific areas or segments? The business management unit is responsible to set the best in class customer offerings. The team is set up in 4 areas: channel & sales management, customer portfolio management, portfolio implementation management and business management economics.
Proposition Management is creating the best end customer portfolio, based on customer satisfaction and market share growth. The team is playing a leading role in setting the roadmap, USP and strategy for end customer offerings, in order to secure customer experience and profitability.
The internship
The Proposition Manager Urban areas is responsible for defining our offerings and creating best-in-class communication and distribution concepts for city areas. Your team members will support you as much as possible to give you a kick start and will always be your direct sparring partner but, you?ll will also have clearly defined own tasks with clear own responsibilities, mandates and result areas.
Together with the team you?re expected to reach growth on revenue, customer base and customer satisfaction in the biggest cities in Sweden. You are responsible for our total proposition pallet (Mobile, Broadband, TV, etc). The length of the internship is 12 months and is located in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
Your profile
You hold an academic degree in any business field and have basic knowledge of the MS Office packet to fulfil commercial activities. Further areas that are important includes:
• Commercial customer knowledge and understanding
• Track record regarding commercial breakthroughs
• Experience to translate a complex product into an easy to understand offering
• Talent and ambition are more important than track record within telecom but experience in telecom and/or customer service business is an advantage.
As a person, you are open minded, result driven, analytical, creative, have business sense and are fun to work with. Fluent English is mandatory and Swedish is an advantage.
