Publiceringsdatum2013-05-10Dina arbetsuppgifterWe are looking for a Team Leader Physical Integration.
As the Team Leader (Technical Part Project Leader) you will lead the engineering activities for a department scope in a project or bid, with the delegated mandate from the Department Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Plan and follow-up the engineering activities for the department, ensuring timely deliveries of the planned deliverables.
• Ensure internal harmonization of engineering activity schedules, together with Team leader peers, and the PE (Project Engineering)
• Ensure budget control for the department scope
• Conduct workload planning for the allocated resources
• Ensure fulfillment of contracted technical requirements, as well as legal, normative and derived internal requirements
Utbildning/erfarenhet
As our ideal candidate, you possess:
• Understanding of complete Physical Integration. In order to plan, manage and evaluate the team members performance.
• strong leadership skills
• an engineering degree or several years of experience and results in project management.
• Good knowledge of requirement management.
• Knowledge of the train business is meriting but is not a requirement.
• Understanding of product design and integration
• Since this is a project management role leadership skills are required.
• Analytical skills to evaluate solutions and discuss with engineers in terms of scheduling and budget.
• This position drives the result from the Physical Integration to support the development of the futures rail solutions
• strong communications skills
• Fluency in English and Swedish
