We hire energetic, motivated project managers for our Alps market. In this role, you are in contact with the top decision makers of the largest companies in Switzerland and Austria every day by telephone, in order to get them excited about our events and to invite them to these invitation-only platforms free of charge. The promising concept of the meeting consists of three factors that are very important to a leader: Highly qualified networking, business insights through relevant lectures, and pre-qualified solution provider meetings - all efficiently compressed together in one event.
Your tasks
You are responsible for the telephone acquisition of executives from the largest companies in Switzerland and Austria for our top-class business events
You identify the right target groups for the events
You contribute to the general concept design & market research
You look after our existing customers and thereby strengthen long-term business relationships
You work closely with your team and independently take on the coordination with the functions of Event Experience, Customer Success, Marketing & Sales
You look after the participants in our events & contribute to perfect customer service
Your qualities to be successful on this exciting springboard into the world of B2B events
You have convincing abilities to gain the trust of the interlocutor over the phone and to leave a professional impression
You have a strong desire to work towards well-defined quantitative activity and outcome goals
You have a positive "can-do" attitude, even in stressful times
You are a team player who can independently take responsibility and at the same time understand the common goals
Experiences from B2B customer service and sales are desired
You have mother tongue German and business fluent English skills (business / training language at ME); Swiss German is an advantage

The compensation is based on a base salary and monthly, performance-based bonuses. In addition, each event has a success bonus tied to the final result
