Cost Engineering & Industrialisation within Development and Service Operations, Capital Equipment - Supplier Management is currently looking for a Project Supply Coordinator. In this position you will work closely together with the Development & Service Operations organisation and with our suppliers, providing value to Tetra Pak's customers through focus on Performance (Quality, Cost and Delivery) and People Engagement.

Development and Service Operations, Capital Equipment, is responsible for the manufacture and supply of filling machines and downstream equipment from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site. The Cost Engineering & Industrialisation team primarily interfaces with the Project Management and Engineering organization to define and achieve its project targets. We are responsible for organizing, managing and driving technology/development related sourcing, which contributes to the delivery of new machines to our customers at the right quality, time and cost.

As Project Supply Coordinator you will work closely together with Project Supply Managers and designers supporting the product development projects with prototype procurement.

Main responsibilities
• Issue and follow up purchase orders according to the global process
• Drive sourcing and contracting of parts and kits
• Support Project Supply Managers in negotiations and cost analysis
• Participate in development projects and support the process of sourcing and contracting of potential suppliers
• Manage sourcing and direct material purchasing activities securing components and modules for project inhouse and field tests
• Drive process improvement activities
• Perform data analysis based on spend and delivery performance

Qualifications

To be successful in this position you have preferred a university degree in Engineering and the ambition to work within Supply Chain Management. Or you have acquired a similar competence through a few years of work experience.

You have good skills and strong interest in supplier management, cost analysis and control. You are a talented Excel and Outlook user and you possess good planning and administrative skills. SAP experience is beneficial as well as experience from project management. You are fluent both in written and spoken English and Swedish.

In your daily work you are flexible, disciplined and have a strong drive for results, combined with a quality mindset. You have a systematic approach to problem solving as well as the ability to take initiatives and drive your own improvement activities.
