About the workplace
Perido is looking for a Project Manager to work for our client - a design and innovation company that has won several awards for being a great workplace. At this company they believe in the imaginative application of art and science to create beautiful ideas, products and services. With an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach, they design adaptive digital services and applications that capture the imagination, delivering impressive returns for their clients. The office is located in the beautiful city of Gothenburg, with many lunch restaurants nearby.
Your daily tasks
Successfully deliver projects with high quality deliverables, meeting deadlines and working within project estimates.
Plan and facilitate meetings successfully, ensuring objectives are met and documented as required.
Use the management information system to effectively create, track and monitor overall projects, burn rates and financial progress.
Author well-crafted Project Status Reports, ensuring they are submitted on time each week (95% compliance target).
Increase understanding and application of best practice project management.

In order to succeed in this role you need to have a strong customer service ethos, i.e., to be committed to quality and possess the will to constantly drive improvements. We believe that you have experience from delivering projects and know how to work with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity. You are committed to high standards of excellence and integrity, always deliver on time and have what it takes to receive a consistently high level of internal and external client satisfaction. Further on, we believe that you have strong interpersonal skills and are able to motivate, inspire and work alongside a variety of people and disciplines.

Requirements
Education at university level or relevant post-secondary education
Experience of delivering projects within an agency or consulting environment
Excellent command of English; spoken and written
Meritorious
Communication skills in Swedish
Contract type and hours
Full-time permanent employment with our client. Start by appointment, as soon as possible.
