The Position
We are looking for a Project Manager Verification (PMV) for our electromobility projects. The owner of this position will have an important role to play in fulfilling Volvo Penta's vision to become the world leader in sustainable power solutions.
As a PMV you are responsible for the Verification & Validation process. Your key focus will be to plan calibration and testing activities to secure fulfillment of product requirements and feature targets. You will participate in the product development from concept to serial production together with a cross functional team
Who are you?
We believe that you have previous experience of managing projects or teams within product development. You can lead, coordinate, and motivate the team members. You have good communication and presentation skills, and you are not hesitant to reach across functions, processes and organizations when needed.
You probably have experience from driveline calibration and/or verification work. We also believe that you have a strong interest in developing the electromobility solutions for the future.
Qualifications
University degree in engineering or relevant technical experience
Fluent in English, written and spoken

Electromobility Calibration & Verification is a team of development engineers and PMVs. We are responsible for calibration and testing of electrical and hybrid products. We work with a variety of product segments including marine, off road machinery, on road vehicles and stationary power sources.
