About the job
You will be part of the Project Office Team with 5 engaged engineers. The team supports our factory, the biggest manufacturer of Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers in the world, by driving major improvement projects and Manufacturing Transformation projects to create a leaner more sustainable future. The team is highly involved in our journey towards Industry 4.0.
You will play a key role in creating our future production on the site, with reduced complexity and lead time as the leading stars.
As a Project Manager you are responsible for delivery of scope, schedule and budget for your projects and ensure bottom line result together with the line managers.
Who you are
You are positive people-person, driven by development and you have the ability to translate ideas and opportunities into concrete improvements. Your strength is leading projects and people, you are good at networking and communicating.
As a project manager, you must be easy to collaborate and engage, as well as keep several activities/subprojects together, you have a good analytical ability and dares to challenge and think new.
You are eager to develop the supply chain and turn ideas into reality working with Change Management
What you know
* Master of Science in Engineering or Logistics/supply chain
* At least 2 years of experience in project management.
* Documented training in Lean
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
