We are looking for a Project Manager Sourcing to the Strategic Sourcing Organization within the Parts & Services divisions. The position is based in Örebro where you will belong to a dedicated agile team that care about each other, have a lot of fun and that likes to find new opportunities to develop continuously. This is a temporary role for about 12 months.

Your mission
Based on the planned projects, the Project Manager is responsible to represent Strategic Sourcing as a Sub-Project Manager or Case Holder when appointed according to defined processes. The responsibilities are, but not limited to:
• All deliverables for Strategic Sourcing
• Drive and coordinate activities related to defined projects (e.g., battery conversion)
• Safeguard supplier compliancy in time in the projects
Project Manager work in close cooperation with Category Managers, Strategic Buyers, R&D as well as all key internal- and external stakeholders to ensure all deliverables.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Regular travel, both domestic and international, is required.

Your profile
Experience within Strategic Sourcing including Project Management. A great level of overall business understanding including experience in internal- and external stakeholder management. University degree in engineering and/or business administration. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
Project Manager Sourcing need to have a great interest in working with Project Sourcing, working with key stakeholders being a team player, have a solid interest in engineering combined with sourcing, and ability to build long-term relations and effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. Experience in supplier audits is an advantage.
