Task
The PMQ is working with quality related tasks in new and existing development projects. As a project member you support the Chief Project Manager (CPM) to secure the Product Quality of the end product in accordance to the project prerequisites. The main features are reliability, durability and quality impression. The PMQ shall have the mindset to meet and increase customer satisfaction by raising customers' perception of the product. The PMQ will have the support from the projects members and will also challenge the project and it's members to meet, secure and exceed the expected product quality. The PMQ shall with designers, engineers, production, purchasing, after market etc build a product quality assurance plan to secure the end product.

Qualifications
We expect you to have a relevant university degree in the technical or mechanical area and that you have been working with quality related issues like ISO 9000 and 14000. We also believe you have experience of working in an international environment, and preferably within the automotive business.

Personality
As a person you are business minded with a structured approach. You have a high level of self-motivation and good social skills. You have excellent networking skills and knowledge of working with change in an open and communicative way. Deliveries at agreed time are important for you and you can handle many tasks at the same time. You work in a structured and systematic way. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in English are a must.
