About This Opportunity
Sanctions Change is a sub unit within the wider Sanctions Unit which sits within the Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP) department. Sanctions Change is responsible for handling any sanctions changes in Nordea, whether it is through programmes, projects or agile. Our mission is to enable to spot any financial crime exposure which will then form part of a feedback loop to strengthen Nordea's capability to manage its financial crime risk. Ultimately, your role contributes to keeping Nordea, its customers and society safer.
As our new Project Manager, you will play a key role contributing to the execution of our projects and initiatives. You will be supported by experienced leaders, while expected to be a self-starter with high standards. Delivery often requires close collaboration with teams across Financial Crime Prevention and the rest of the Group.
We are passionate, professional and focused on doing the right thing. You will be part of a capability build in this area working with team members located in Finland, Sweden and Denmark.
What you'll be doing:
* Be expected to lead projects as well as provide support to projects and initiatives
* Ensure the project is delivered successfully
* Drive projects together with key stakeholders
* Document change initiative requirements with high quality
* Secure high standards in change initiative requirements by identifying issues, risks, dependencies
* Assess and analyse requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
* Drive discussions with stakeholders across the Organisation to identify business requirements and ensure deliverables are correctly understood
* Design and implement a robust requirements documenting process
* Contribute to the development and preparation of communication material
* Identify needs, analyse and improve working procedures to simplify and increase efficiency

The team is located in Finland, Sweden, Estonia and Denmark. This role can be based in, Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallinn, Warsaw or Lodz.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you:
* Have experience working as a Project Manager previously
* Are able to work independently, conduct analysis and assessments, and draft proposals based on these, while contributing to a great team performance
* Are proactive, able to manage multiple tasks, execution-oriented, well organized with a structured approach and well-developed co-operation skills
* Preferably have experience form data & analytics related projects
* Are analytical and can define and document complex business requirements
* Are proactive, self-driven and collaborate well with multiple stakeholders at all levels
* Experience working in a complex and international environment and presenting to senior stakeholders
* Have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Jira and Excel
* Have experience in project and change management frameworks such as PMI, SAFe Agile or other
Your experience and background:
* Written and spoken English on a superior level is required
* Bachelor's degree
* Project manager experience
