Job Description
Project Management Office is a team residing within Operations & Innovations team at Group Expansion. You will join a highly ambitious team of skilled project managers driving and delivering a diverse portfolio of projects cross all our departments at Group Expansion. You will also work closely with all our brands as well as other business functions within H&M Group.
We are now looking for Project Managers focusing on business development projects. You will drive and collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives. The projects are of different nature such as explorative, analytical, or investigative as well as implementation or change management focused. Your main responsibilities:
Project Management:
Responsible for the overall Project Management tasks of assigned projects
Drive the definition process of the business case including project scope, purpose, success criteria, expected results and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensure business and technical feasibility
Ensure project is set-up and managed in a professional manner following the agreed business case and evaluating the results post project completion.
Lead the project team including coaching team members to deliver on their responsibilities
Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and budget
Perform risk management to minimize project risks and proactively work on mitigating them
Measure and track project performance, progress and outcome
Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Ensure professional and sufficient stakeholder management in a proactive manner. Manage dependencies & enablers connected to the project.
Work with key stakeholders in making sure the project is steered towards its goals, manage changes to project, and secure effective decision making
Ensure that there is ownership and clear responsibilities and expectations from each project member and key stakeholders
Be the spokesperson of the project together with key stakeholders and ensure professional communication flows and other change management activities
Qualifications

Master's Degree in engineering, business administration or similar
3-5 years' experience working as a Project Manager and/or as a Consultant (Management consulting is meriting)
Proven record within Agile or other project methodologies.
Able to overlook and manage multiple projects in complex environments involving several stakeholders
Experience from employing analytical skills in developing, executing and following-up on strategic business cases
Experience from leading teams through change (either formal or informal leadership)
Experience from working with senior stakeholders as well as external parties
Experience from working in a changing environment with high speed where your skills in prioritization, communicating, delegating and understanding the business impact are key
Fluent in English Experience and knowledge in Operational Excellence is a merit
Professional experience from the Retail industry and understanding the industry trends is meriting.
International working experience is meriting but not a must
