We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a 6 month project. The position is full time with placement in Stockholm.
Publiceringsdatum2012-07-05Dina arbetsuppgifterThe BI-organization is responsible for development and application operation for a number of BI-systems. The systems deliver BI solutions to for example Sales, Buying Office and Online. The systems are business critical and have users all over the world. Many important decisions are being taken daily and people as well as large implementation IT projects rely on quality and stability in the functional releases. In order to improve the quality and efficiency and provide clarity for the operational service BICC deliver to the Business, SLAs needs to be defined and implemented.
Work tasks
• Defining SLAs for operating services in BICC, present and forward
• Define OLA between BICC Development team and BICC Operational team
• Define operational KPIs to measure SLA achievement
• Define the roles, processes and staffing for defined operational service.
• Defining activities and plan to meet future SLA requirements
• Define a communication plan
• Report to steering groups, SAR and OAR
• Implement the above
Utbildning/erfarenhet
• You have experience of maintenance situations of BI
• You have knowledge of ITIL
• You have knowledge of BI solutions
• You enjoy working in a fast pace and is driven in your work
Personal skills
• Ability to communicate about problems and solutions in a simple way
• Have a strong sense of responsibility, is result-oriented
• Good at in spoken and written in both Swedish and English
• Have social competence, prestige and responsive
• Should like working in a fast pace and is driven in his work
• Is accurate and work methodically and structured
• Have very good interpersonal skills
