This role will have it all! We are looking for a Project Manager for the Wheel Loader Product Platform.
Who Are We?
The Wheel Loader Product Platform at Volvo Construction Equipment has started on an exciting transformation journey with both the conventional Wheel Loader development and disruptive technology shifts such as Electro-mobility, Automation and Connectivity. Our team consists of 150 colleagues and is based in Eskilstuna and Konz. What We Offer?
We offer you a chance to take the lead, and be responsible, and accountable for some of our most exciting product initiatives, as Project Manager. The new product initiatives are related to developing the next generation of Wheel Loaders and integrating new technologies. You will have a large network of stakeholders cross functionally, and together you will synchronize ways of working collaboratively.
As the Project Manager, you will:
Be part of a Product Program Team
Manage and drive wheel loader product initiatives from start to end.
Be responsible for the entire product initiative in our Agile set up and way of working.
Plan and execute all operational issues and needed decisions within the product initiative scope including cost, planning and status.
Who Are You?
You have the motivation and passion to take on new challenges and inspire your cross functional teams. You are good at communicating, collaborating, and producing results.
Good to Have
You have some experience in an agile way of working. Understanding of the business and financial side, the product and project risk management, and vehicle architecture is a plus.
