We are a small but fast-growing company developing a high volume production technology called Aerotaxy. Our nanowire solar cell technology improves efficiency of solar cells, contributing to a sustainable energy world.
What will you do?
As a Project Manager in the Aerotaxy group, your task will be to drive the build of a second pilot facility for an advanced Aerotaxy tool. You will report to the Engineering Manager and be responsible for planning and controlling the project schedule, managing costs and risks to meet Aerotaxy Group milestones. In achieving this you will need to organize internal and external resources and continue to develop and expand the existing supplier network who are vital to the success of our projects.
Who are we looking for?
You are an experienced project manager who has worked in an engineering industry managing a supplier network. Your prior experience will be from working on high-tech engineering projects. Preferably you hold a Master's degree or higher in a relevant engineering field with 5+ year of work experience from industry.
You will have experience working with CAD software (preferably SolidWorks) understand design specifications, fabrication drawing, PDM, etc. Ideally you will have led a project to build a large piece of equipment or facility.
You are a self-motivated driver who likes to take ownership and can be relied on to see projects delivered on time. You are excited about being part of a high energy start-up and are prepared to help out with tasks that lie outside of your usual responsibility area when needed. The day-to-day work is in Lund, Sweden, but the position may require some travel.
