H & M's online payment services are being rolled out on our new and existing markets in a fast pace, and is growing in both size and functionality. The solution is developed and managed by both internal teams within H & M IT and external providers. We are seeking an experienced project manager who wants to pursue ongoing and future projects within our service area, as well as initiatives that cut across several divisions and service areas.
In your role as project manager inspire and motivate your team leader and you are a strong team player. We want you to have the ability to quickly adapt to new conditions. You like structure, planning activities, and also have the ability to see the big picture. Working together with our offshore consultants, and distributed teams is part of your daily business and some travelling will be part of your job.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Project manager comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Lead, coach and motivate a team with mixed roles and skills
• Plan, organize, and deliver according to plan
• Work closely with the business to capture their needs and requirements
• Responsible for the implementation of releases, IT solutions, IT services both for our own systems and standard products
• Attend and represent IT procurement and drafting contracts
• Be responsible for the entire project cycle, including following up deliveries and handing over to maintenance
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Genuine interest and curiosity for leadership and project management
• Minimum 5 years of experience of project management
• Good communication skills and able to communicate at different levels - strategic, operational and tactical levels
• Good knowledge of different models for project management
• It is qualifying if you have online payment competence, have worked in global projects and roll-outs with off shore development.
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English
