We have colleagues working across the globe supporting our customer's requirements. Our products are sold across all our divisions Energy, Food & Water and Marine.
About the job
As a project manager, you will drive transformations and improvement projects in our 8 factories located around the globe using LEAN principles in manufacturing, manufacturing processes, material handling, layouts and administration.
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary department with highly motivated people driving projects within Technology Development, Manufacturing transformations, LEAN, Supply Chain Development, Product Introductions and ERP-system implementation supporting the Business Unit to reach its' strategical targets.
What you know
You have substantial experience working in a production related role working with change management and you are well familiar with project management as a leader and / or through work in steering committees. Business and process understanding from a manufacturing process company is a pre-requisite. Lean Six Sigma training and realization is an advantage.
This position requires minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years' experience in Manufacturing, Change Management and Project Management/Lean / Steering Committee work.
As a person, you are pro-active, loyal and take responsibility for driving your projects to a good result. You want to be part of something new and drive positively to influence for change. You are good at building relations and cooperate with global and cross functional teams. Also, you:
* Work analytical, structured and independent
* Good at facilitate meetings and being able to present details into the relevant view for the meeting at multiple levels in the organization
* Change management and communication skills are vital
* Fluent in English both verbal as written
