Construction Market research for electrical installation works, Searching for potecial clients, contractors, subcontractors,
Establishing long term co-operation with clients and contractors,
Projects development, proposals for technical solutions and equipment
Project coast calculation, negotiation of project technical part and works,
Supervision and analysis of project implementation,
Control of work flow, finding operative problem solutions,
Signing and supervision of contracts,
Presenting and signing necessary documentation for fulfilling works on site.
Requirements:
High electrotechnical or electronics education,
Good commmunication and problem solving skills,
Understanding of projects, project coast calculation analysis - no less than 2 years,
PC skills, analysis of technical drawings and technical parts of the projects,
Basic skills pof AutoCad design program,
English language - good, desirable knowledge of Lithuanian language,
Work experience in Rail sector - advantage,
Business oriented, responsibility, organizational skills, self-sufficiency.
