Are you prepared to drive and lead Technology Development Projects within a dynamic environment?
Within our Technology Development Project Management team in Packaging Technology we are now looking for a Project Manager to join our Carton Bottle Program.
You will be an important part of our work to improve competitiveness of our existing and new packaging solutions by developing the enabling technologies for improving existing and developing new products. Your responsibility will be to execute Technology Development projects directed to the Carton Bottle Platform package families.
In this position you will deliver the project according to our customer's high set expectations and the KPI/IOs focus on delivering tollgates with quality on time and rigorous financial control. The position will be based in Lund.
You will be responsible for leading Technology Development Projects and have the full responsibility to fulfill the ten Project Management Competence areas, including the following points:
• Developing, communicating and managing the Project Scope, objectives and deliverables based on stakeholder requirements
• Defining work breakdown structures, developing, executing and managing project plans
• Forming a Project Core Team defining roles & responsibilities and leading the team to deliver against the scope
• Developing and implementing a Risk Management Plan
Publiceringsdatum2011-03-24KvalifikationerThe successful candidate is a strong driver with focus on results yet at the same time a team player possessing crucial key leadership elements.
You possess strong communicational/presentational skills and cultural sensitivity along with negotiation skills and business awareness. You are capable of working closely with external companies as development partners and find it exciting to manage teams scattered in different nations and companies.
You will have a relevant education within Project Management and a preferably an MSc in Engineering. You have at least 3 years Project Management experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience within the area of engineering and/or product development. A PMP certificate is an advantage.
The position requires travelling typically up to 20% of your time.
